Throw your car sideways, chain drifts into big combos and thread checkpoint gates for fuel. 30 levels across the desert, a neon city and a snowy pass each give you a road with a finish line and one goal, with up to 3 stars for your points and a challenge level every 10. How to play Skidlark
- Hold left or right to steer; keep holding through a corner and the rear breaks loose into a drift.
- Link drifts without straightening up to grow the combo multiplier, then let the chain bank its points.
- In a level, meet the goal shown on screen (reach the finish, score points, collect coins, near-miss cones or drift through gates) before you cross the finish line.
- Drive through checkpoint gates to refill your fuel; crashes and barrels cost fuel.
- Score more points by the finish for 2 and 3 stars, then share a link that challenges a friend to beat you.
Controls
Phone and tablet: Hold the left or right half of the screen to steer; hold through a corner to drift. Touch both sides for the handbrake.
Desktop, laptop and Chromebook: A/D or Left/Right arrows to steer, Space for the handbrake, Esc to pause, R to restart, M to mute.

- Start the drift early, before the apex, and let the car slide wide on the exit.
- Tap the handbrake to snap into a drift on tight hairpins.
- Gates refill your timer, so a slightly slower clean line beats a crash.
- Upgrade grip first if you spin a lot, top speed once you can hold long drifts.
- Near-misses on cones and barrels add bonus points without breaking your combo.
- Missions pay coins fast: check them before each run.

How do stars work?
Clearing a level's goal by the finish line gives 1 star. Reaching the level's two points targets at the finish gives 2 and 3 stars. Your best stars are kept in your browser.
Can I challenge a friend?
Yes. After a level or the daily road, tap Challenge a friend to send a link that opens the same road with your score to beat. Your friend sees after the run whether they beat it.
Is Skidlark unblocked?
